BVC published it - I was making the direct links available to people who, for whatever reason, don't hit BVC (a lot of folk already have B&N or Smashwords accounts)

I didn't see it. I saw Inferno, but I didn't the whole anthology.

(BVC is the publisher of record, but it hasn't gotten into the BVC library, mainly because I still don't have time/energy/a cheap-but-capable assistant/clone to do everything I need to do.)
