Friday just like Monday. Except warmer.

Another late night -- I was up working until 2am. But this time I managed to get out of bed by 6:30. Yeah, you do the math. I'll be in the corner making more coffee.

On the plus side, these rather insane days are catching me up on Work As Needs Be Done. And when the temps go up past 90, as they did yesterday, it's easier for me to work/think at night. Also, some of this work is rewatching Leverage. So, yanno, not suffering all that much (BTW, fannish grapevine says S1 and S@ are on sale at B&N right now, for $24 each. In case you've been wondering but haven't had a chance to pick up the dvds yet. And yes, Region 2 will be available in September. Yer welcome.)

On the plus side of all this, it means that I will be free to slip out tomorrow and be part of the NYC Guerilla SFF reading at 4pm in the Borders at Columbus Circle with some dude named Blake Charlton (SPELLWRIGHT). If you're in NYC, come on out -- there will be authors! readings! And door prizes!

Today I finish the 2nd draft notes for Vineart War 3. Cover me, I'm going in...

You know, I've got Spellwright on my TBR pile. My wife picked it up because it looked interesting, and I kind of appropriated it.
