lagilman: coffee or die (surrender the manuscript)

Overslept this morning -- didn't get up until 9. The cats actually left me alone.. or maybe they woke me up and I just don't remember. Anything's possible.

I was up until 1am rewatching Leverage episodes (for work, really). I had forgotten how broad Hutton's Boston accent gets at times. It's like being thrown into a family reunion, aurally. [yes, my beloveds, some of you really do talk that way. Still.]

So what's your fave Leverage episode? What's your least-fave?

Weather is disgusting -- hot and humid. The cats have glommed the spots directly in front of the a/c. I'm not poking my nose outside for love or money. Meanwhile, the war-room says I can finish 2nd draft notes today. I say they're insane. But we're going for it...

Send caffeine.

EtA: Despite a valiant effort, did not make it to the end of 2nd draft notes before having o deal with Other Things. 44 pages to go. Tomorrow, yes. Tomorrow.

I have a tie for favorite, though bear with me b/c I can never remember the episode titles. My first is last season's 2-part finale, b/c it had Paul Blackthorne, and that incredible Nate-sacrificing-himself-for-the-others ending. My second is from this season, "The Studio Job," b/c it has Elliot singing, Parker being weird, and John Schneider guest-starring.

I wasn't crazy about the one where they posed as magicians -- was that "The Top Hat Job"? Can't quite put my finger on it, but it seemed sloppy, like they shouldn't have gotten away with it.

Unless something has changed, you still pay for the A/C. I say, unglomm the cats from the prime parking spot. Let them pay for their own A/C. :)

I can never remember the Ep name, but so far the one with Parker's 'Father' is my favorite..

Least favorite - also the magician one. Seemed a little contrived even for Leverage..
