If I must have a migraine, can it at least give me pretty vision-sparkles to go w/ the pain and nausea? Pain gets boring after a while.

And I have more work to do, damn it. *glares weakly at Pile of Stuff*






(and before anyone offers advice, this is AFTER I've taken my meds. Yes, I am familiar with the various treatments, most of the specific-to-migraine ones make me throw up worse than the actual headache, I do know what works, not looking for help just sharing my annoyance with the world and whimpering for sympathy from fellow sufferers. Just so so we're clear.)

Not a fellow sufferer, but trying to walk tippy-toes and whisper in case noise is one of the things that sets you off. Also offering blackout curtains.

Thankfully at this point is is "merely" a blunted spoon stabbing at my gray matter. Even the nausea has faded to the point of maybe being able to eat something.

Had I still been in full-bore "you're thinking too loudly" stage, I would not have been at the computer.

And blackout curtains are beautiful things.

I love it - "mommatwolegs" - cute. But MY cats would love it if I'd be prostrate for days on end - their favorite hotpad would be available 24/7!

No migraines here, just a freaking cold. And while I'm sniffing and coughing, I'm pulling out my sewing skills to work on a costume for my youngest in her school play.

(Yes, I'm a guy who can sew. My mom considered it a valuable skill to learn.)

I didn't actually hit the migraine stage on Sunday, but the bad muscle in my neck triggered a massive skull spasm of a headache on Sunday.

I do have good blackout curtains. Ordered from Amazon before the fail! occurred, but there should be ways outside of Amazon of getting them. I can check.
