What Happens at Necon
Stays at Necon.

But there are a few highlights I can share:

Yes, you can make a sailor blush. Or at least, I can.
[livejournal.com profile] nick_kaufmann discovered his hips!
It pays to go to the Heckle the Editors panel.
Spiral staircases are the work of a teetotaller devil.
Don't mock the scary Jesus!
Peter Straub said I was his heroine. *dies happy*
Chris Golden looks good in cream pie.
Campus security's pretty damn cute. And buff. And did we mention cute?

And one of the best lines of the weekend -- "Please, come to the bad (visual) place! I'll make dinner!"

Otherwise, brain is unavailable due to scheduled emergency maintenance. Please reboot and come back later, after I've sorted through the two-hundred-plus e-mail messages still waiting for me...

ETA: [livejournal.com profile] nick_kaufmann further spills the beans.

I never had any doubt!

Stays at Necon my fanny, you're telling the scary Jesus story!

Remind me to tell you about the friend of mine who relocated the bloody Jesus statue during Halloween season.

So, I shouldn't ask Chris, when he comes to DragonCon, what kind of cream pie?

Oh, please do. Now she's got me curious, too. *chuckle*

Ah, so you've made a sailor blush. Welcome to the club.*wicked grin* Sounds like you had much fun. Go you!

Should I think about going to this convention some year?

I never knew I had hips, nor the ability to gyrate them in any dance-like fashion before! Thanks, Laura Anne! When my dream project of starring in "Lambada 2: The Forbidden Dance Strikes Back" becomes a reality, I'll be sure to offer you the cameo role of Hot Dancing Woman #4! ;-)

(I don't think I got the chance to say goodbye to you Sunday, but it was a pleasure seeing you there, as always. We must do dinner sometime at the bad place.)

Athough I begin to suspect all you white boys with no rhythm (tm) actually can dance, and just like being man, er, woman-handled...

I can neither confirm nor deny under severe penalty from the Legion of White Boys.

And - hey! Only #4? Harumph....

You have to do more than gyrate in front of me to be #1. ;-)

I must have missed this (which may have been a good thing). Was it after Lee Thomas strutted his stuff with Ms. Burke?

Ah. I was probably in the hallway, blinded with the visions of Lee Thomas' dancing in my head, then.

I don't remember anything about a disaster. Lee danced. Burke danced. You danced. I think you escaped briefly and then bounced back for pogo'ing up and down to something silly and then we migrated out to the hallway and then I remember walking back to the Wallace dorm and then passing out on a couch.
