In other, far more important news... DONE! DONE DONE DONE DONE!
Okay, it's only the draft. I have several pages of notes of things that need to be fixed, even before I do the read-through. But still. DONE! Thirty-six days after getting the go-ahead on this project, the draft is done. And within a thousand or so of contracted-for word-length.
Yay me. It's astonishing what deadlines, desperation and double espressos can do.
Gonna go fall over now.
