Why "Don't Quit Your Day Job" Is Such Good Advice [from a bunch of freelancers]

No reading. Apparently, I don't rate. :-(

For those who asked: no signings have been set up yet, so just find me in the bar. Or check Larry Smith's table -- I was told to present myself there to sign stock at some point, so....

And now, must go forth, cafFiend in hand, and slay that damned to-do list. Wish me cunning, strength, and endurance.

EtA: speaking of which, I have been contemplating a post on Having An Agent, the Neurosis Iteration. Idea of Interest, Y/N?

I'm self-employed, but with a 'day job' as a CPA where I'm also self-employed but my work hours are restricted due to young child in house. But I have a full-timer backing me up with benefits, etc.

I believe Sally's a freelancer with her husband. Christine has a day job as a teacher. Keith seems to have a long career of various things. Looks to me as if we may only have one non-self-employed day-jobber, but we have a mix of perspectives.
