Yes, box o books arrived this evening. Pleased, obviously.

I think, however, that my reaction is probably not that of the usual first
time novelist (okay, first time original-novel novelist). I opened the
box, checked to make sure the front matter got added correctly, and then
went "yeah, nice."

Admittedly, there's other stuff going on tonight that's got my attention
in a chokehold. But still. Aren't I supposed to be doing a happy author
dance or something? Strange. I am as jaded as I've been accused of being,
apparently.

Still. It is very pretty. It's got weight to it. I hope people enjoy
it.
