So here's the amusing thing...
Jun. 29th, 2004 09:37 pmMy story "In the Aftermath of Something Happening" was scheduled for the June issue of OCEANS OF THE MIND.
My story "Dragons" was scheduled for the July-September issue of ChiZine.
"Dragons" is up and ready to read.
"In the Aftermath...." isn't available yet, from what I can tell.
That's okay. "Dragons" takes place earlier in the timeline of this particular universe than "In the Aftermath..." Better to read it first.
So why are you still here? Go! Read!
addendum I just got the best compliment on "Dragons" from a reader over on sff.net: "Well, if *that* doesn't make my DNA crawl, I don't know what does . . ." Glee! It worked! it worked!

Date: 2004-06-30 01:55 am (UTC)It's funny -- one reaction here, one reaction in my sff.net newsgroup, and a double handful of reader responses in another writer's newsgroup where I posted the URL.
I'm not sure what to make of that. That other peoples' readers are better trained to feedback, probably. *wry g*
