My brain seems to want to take this entire week off. I can do many things, but few of them involving complicated plotting, revising, or editorial thinking [except with regards to television shows, apparently].

This would be lovely -- time for vacation! -- if I didn't have ten hours of work waiting on my desk every morning.

On the plus side, once I get over this particular double-humped dromedary, I can see the actual natural pause-and-vacation point, just in time for WorldCon.

*chains self to desk, gets back to it*
