now it can be told...
Jul. 19th, 2009 11:21 amOne of the things I've been juggling the past few months has been officially announced here
For those of you too lazy to click-through:
"As part of our 1000th member celebration, Book View Cafe is proud to announce that we will be releasing our first original fiction project; THE SHADOW CONSPIRACY.
In THE SHADOW CONSPIRACY, the Book View Café’s lineup of powerful authors will combine creative forces to create an anthology of stories set in an unforgettable alternate world of steam-powered science, fantastic magic, and dark conspiracy.
We will be posting regular updates on the progress of the project here on the blog, and on Twitter. We’ll also be providing sneak-peeks of the stories, interviews with the authors and other special previews.
The project will be edited by Phyllis Irene Radford with Laura Anne Gilman acting as Editor-in-Chief."
At the moment I am not writing a story for the project (my main focus is on getting the cats herded and headed in the right direction, and keeping Phyl from killing anyone) but I have been told that if a story idea strikes me I'm to haul myself in. So we'll see...
