The morning started with me at the keyboard by 7:30. Yes, AM. Coffee and a raspberry thing-they-call-a-scone-but-isn't got me through to 1800 new words by noon. w00t me! Looking to double that (at least) before I call it a day. But first, a bit of a leg-stretch and sunlight break, just to remind myself what 'dry air' feels like...

EtA: 3 miles later, and there are blue skies out there! Amazing...

PSI #2: PACK OF LIES: Off to Madame Editrix for her informed commentary. Hoping revisions don't come until after MUSTANG is handed in!
MUSTANG: In progress. Due 17 July. No worries.
VINEART 2: In progress. Due October 15. Er.... I'll get back to you on that, 'k?

"Fairy Dust" (working title): due 1 August.
"Sans Salve" (working title): estimated completion date 30 June.
"Orientation Day" (working title): estimated completion date 15 September.

"Sanderson Women" proposal and chapter: off, I believe, to the editor who requested it (need to check on that).
"Gaia's Daughters" option proposal: off to editor to see if there's interest.
"PSI #3" detailed outline: with editor for approval.
Cosa Nostradamus #10 and #11 option proposals: in progress.

*frowns* Is that everything? Yeah, I think that's everything....

I know this is your job, your profession but I can't help but be amazed when you start listing everything you're working on at a time. And everything done for just this year. We're barely in June!

The amount of work, on multiple projects, and on top of that, attending cons, signings, blogging AND keeping up with politics (no easy feat); it is almost scary. :)

So...how do you do it?

Perhaps ironically, right now I am dealing with a great sense of "too much to do, not enough of me to do it." That may answer your question...

Usually I'm pretty good at juggling things, but this year, with three books and other obligations, I find that phone calls and e-mails are being returned much later (if at all), and my social schedule is... well, I have understanding friends and family. Yeah.
