It has come to my attention that:

1. copies of BURNING BRIDGES are hard to find right now. They are being reprinted soonish, I am told, but if you want a copy NOW, drop me an e-mail and we can work something out.

2. Some folk, desiring to keep their collection all in one format, are SOL trying to find copies of the first three books (STAYING DEAD, CURSE THE DARK, BRING IT ON) in trade, now that they're out in mass market. As per above, e-mail me to discuss.

Any plans for Burning Bridges to be released in mass market like the first three? Hopefully you'll be bringing some of the trades with you to the signing at Waldenbooks in the Oakdale Mall near Binghamton?

see, I went up to LunaCon because they were having a memorial service for a friend of mine & saw Larry the book guy with a trade copy of this new Laura Anne Gilman book "Burning Bridges" Interestingly enough, LunaCon is a local con for Ms Gilman and I managed to find her and get her to autograph my copy. When she said "You do realize that this is book four in the series, right?" I had to bow my head in shame, for this I did not know.

I did manage to find "Curse the Dark" and "Bring it On" in trade paper at my local Barnes & Noble, and managed to order the last new copy of "Staying Dead" in trade paper from an affiliate B&N store. So I keep them locked in a safe when I'm not around, but I have the whole series in trade paper (so far, knock on wood)

*chokes and flails, but pulls it together so that complete set of trade Retrievers novels doesn't end up on Uncle Hugo's used shelf due to reader demise*
