lagilmanHappy Merry to all who celebrate, however you celebrate this Christmas Eve (or Christmas Day, for my Down Under friends)! Me, I braved the sleet to make sure we had supplies and -- after a nicely festive breakfast of bagels, smoked salmon, apple butter and coffee -- am settling down to put paid to the author set for BLOOD FROM STONE, so I don't have to lug it with me through the airport.
My wishlist this Channukah was simple and well-defined [books, books, and a few specific bottles]. Still, I got a few surprises -- most notably the threepack of STRONG POISON, HAVE HIS CARCASE and GAUDY NIGHT, the Peterbridge/Walter versions. Nummy! I know what I'm watching this evening... :-)
