Has anyone heard anything about the proposed Scream TV? Supposedly an all-horror-ish cable channel, sort of Sci-Fi for the booga-booga crowd. Let's hope they have better luck with original content than Sci-Fi...


And that they want to buy lots of written work for development. Yeah, oh yeah. And not from King, either.



(btw, the "you work 30 years" speech in this movie? Ow. That's all. Just... ow.)

It hasn't crossed my radar yet, but I'm only scanning my Daily Variety and Hollywood Reporter these days.

Just remember that you have no control over what they do to it once you've sold it to them...

The trick to working with Hollywood as per, I think, Ray Fiest, is to drive up to the Cali border, drop your manuscript over the line, take the check they hand you, and then drive away. Never look back.


For the right number of numerals to the left of the decimal point, I could do that.
