"Dreamcatcher" is finally done almost-to-satisfaction, and off to the beta-reader. There are bits in it that are quite beautiful -- we'll see if the entire thing holds together and does its job.

My blog entry for www.paranormalromanceblog.com has also been finished and sent off.

I have tackled the case of the publisher-who-refused to pay, with still-mixed and ongoing results. (no worries, it's a small nonfiction press for small money, but it's starting to really piss me off. I am a professional, and I expect professionalism from companies I do business with, damn it.)

Various and sundry other crazy-making things have also been tackled, and nailed to the wall as well as one might nail half-set jello...

and now I am going to sleep.

I suspect there is More To The Story than I've been told, and it may be more trouble than the money is worth. But I'll keep poking until I decide to give it up, just because everyone involved is pissing me off.
