the core relationships in this household often break down to:

the snooty popular girl (Pandora) who for some reason is bff with the geeky girl (LAG) who is also friends with the awkward nerd (Boomer) who is really really into the popular girl who won't give him the time of day.

Or, as I said to Boomer this morning, after Pandora hissed in response to his pounce-overture: "dude, I don't think she wants to go to the prom with you."

(amusingly enough, they get along fine 60% of the time. 30% of the time they ignore each other. It's that last 10% that can get noisy. "Don't make me have to pull this apartment over and get back there!" MommaTwoFoot warns...)

Heh. Now I need to do the high school social structure analysis on our furry ones. Of course, the fact G'nort was born a little old man won't help. "Get off my lawn, you darn kids!"
