lagilmanDay 1 in Geneva -- Christmas Day, so we had the city pretty much to ourselves, with much wandering and mellowing. The next day we were off to Milan.
Some views from the train from Geneva to Milan. The train was a high-speed delight, with comfortable seats and nice shocks. *grin* The window wasn't as clean as it might have been though (it was an Italian train, not a Swiss one) so some of the shots are fuzzy. Click directly on each photo for a better view.
And yes, the Alps are also suffering from a lack of snow, which caused many people hoping for ski vacations to grumble...
