lagilmanI came home from the Place of Occasional Employment after a rather hectic day of Major! Marketing! Campaign! to a rather intense evening of Major! Deadline! Crunch! on various and not-so-sundry projects. Stress levels, as they have been all week, were high.
So I sat down, and started typing, papers and notes scattered around me. A few minutes later Pandora came and curled up next to my hip, where she still sleeps. A little while later, Boomerang came by and sprawled out at my feet, legs splayed, tummy just inviting a rub. And within minutes, they were both purring so loudly I think my neighbors might have cause to complain...
Cats. The original stress-relievers.
Of course, I still have Deadlines. Urk.
