get carded (asked for i.d.) when you sit down at the bar. Okay, so the rule in this state is "if you look x, we will ask for i.d." but as someone almost a decade past x, I'll take the compliment. :-)


(it was also gratifying to see the bartender's expression change rather drastically when she saw my DoB. Heh. Her quote: "I'll have some of whatever you're drinking!")
