WFC update
Nov. 4th, 2005 07:51 amWell, last night was, amazingly, mostly spent in the bar. I know, you're all shocked, shocked I say, to learn that there's drinking going on a this convention.
But I did take a break to go to
vincam's reading, which was extremely funny -- she reads really well, as one would expect, and the story made me snicker madly.
She returned the favor by coming back an hour later for my reading, as did a rather astonishing number of people. *smooches you all* I did a section from Bring it On, which people seemed to enjoy, then read "Rodeo" from the some-day-forthcoming 44 Clowns of the Apocalypse. Everyone likes a post-apocalyptic rodeo clown story, right?
Today, meetings and meals. And maybe, if fellow Luna-ite Sarah Zettel has her way with me, shopping.

You know, they say that the word if is the biggest little word in the world. It is even more important when it is missing. When I read the above sentence the word if didn't register. Had a rather profound effect on the resulting context. :)
