Rosa Parks
Oct. 24th, 2005 10:53 pmRosa Parks, Mother of the Civil Rights movement, has died.
On a a day of destruction and death in larger numbers, it still is important to pay homage to the individuals as well. She was a light in the wilderness, a testament to the power of righteous stubborness and self-respect.
Show respect at the passing of an American hero.

Small moments, huge movements. Or as Peter Gabriel says, You can blow out a candle, but you can't blow out a fire.
Peace, Rosa.
