That Karl Rove is considering resigning.

Pity, if so. I'd love to see him go down in messy, bloody, public flames, with everything else that ties into it.




And y'know, I'd love to hear something about Miers that doesn't rest, pro or con, on her religious beliefs. If she has done nothing else with her life worth talking about, why is she being considered for a Supreme's robe? Hving presidentially-approved religious beliefs and a brown nose are NOT job qualifications I'm interested in.

It won't really make a difference if he does resign...he'll still have just as much power in the Bush administration, even if he's not getting an official West Wing paycheck. Unless he goes to prison.... *crosses fingers*

Yeah, his resignation will be like Tom DeLay's stepping down from committees - it'll play well on the front page, but behind the scenes he pulls as many strings as usual.

We need a prison sentence. And we need a public investigation. And we need a whole lot of people pushing for full disclosure, using words like "treason."
