So, I'm sitting here, minding my own business, working working working, and the rain comes down out of nowhere and with it, one mean blast of thunder.

And, equally out of nowhere, I have four, count 'em FOUR felines practically on top of me, going "Hey! Human! What was that? Make it stop!"


Sheesh.


*shoves felines off self*



Wow. But that is some nice thunder rolling overhead. have to go pry feline claws out of my shoulder, now...

Last time there was a big thunderstorm, DB walked with great gravitas to the center of the house and lay down... and refused to move until it was all over.

Forget the thunder though, all it takes is rain

I usually get hit with a 50 pound Staffordshire terrier on top of me and holding on for dear life, and an Amazon parrot burrowing into my hair and whimpering.

there was a lightning strike within 7 blocks of us, this morning. Our Spaniels, true pets of Skywarn volunteers, headed out the door, assuming, no doubt, that we would be watching the dtorm from the gazebo.

Silas and Aeryn both have their usual places to hide (when people come to my house, they think I have one cat), so Marley is the only one who bothers me during storms.
