That revisions letter for GQ2 that was supposed to come last week? That I was waiting for today?

Now supposed to arrive on Thursday.

I suppose I should be glad that they're keeping me updated.

On the other hand, if they didn't say "it's coming on X date, we need it back ASAP" I wouldn't have cleared all decks to get it done. having to wait ten days after the time iI thought I'd be starting is... not doing good things for my mood-of-willing-workingness.




I think I'm going to steal a patch of sunshine from the felines, and take a nap.

I can sympathize even though I have a slightly different problem. I go through that "I'm sending the package out today with all the info for your new project" line and then end up waiting a week to get it --not that the marketing or creative deadlines move back a week. I just got an e-mail today asking for my ETA on the "Millennium" season 3 DVD copy. I was supposed to get the package of info a week ago and just got it yesterday... sheesh

Yeah. I wouldn't mind this so muchexcept they were the ones saying "it's a rush, it's a rush!"

Of course, every single deadline on this contract has been blown, so far, and very few of them by me. So I suppose I should be used to it by now. When in doubt, look to the evidence...
