I have the world's most affectionate cat.

He's also a moron. But how can you resist a feline that walks over and offers an unsolicited, paws 'round the neck, snuggling into your shoulder, hug?

*melts*

Pandora, not to be outdone, has taken up her usual snuggle-against-mom's-hip, her head resting oh-so-trustingly on my leg, blinking up at me with those lovely green eyes of hers.

Does this make up for the fact that they were battlin' 'round the mullberry bush with full feline snarls at OhGodEarly this morning, so that I had to get out the bigger badder snarlier cat self?

*sigh* Yeah. Probably.

I'd love them both a lot more, if I had just a little more sleep.

Hah! I beg to differ. You must meet Abigail, the world's only Snuggle Bear in feline form. She's also the Enforcer in [livejournal.com profile] chastityswayy's household from what I hear, except when faced with little kittens.

Chas is going to ship her here to foment world peace, because she hugs. Molly, however, is just a hyperactive psycho kitten, although when she slows down she likes to be petted.

No, Molly's an orange tabby. Give me some time. I'll try and find a picture to post at greatestjournal.com

Boomerang is one of the larger cats of my acquaintance, except for my parents' Manx, who tops 24 pounds. But Marky the Manx is nowhere near as in-your-face affectionate as Boomer. Kitty hugs - aw.

Molly, planning world domination through cuteness and...planning. (http://www.greatestjournal.com/users/ginmar/)

Ooh, I just kick mine out of the room and go back to bed when they start that stuff.

My cats abandon me as soon as I start typing. Internet surfing is tolerable, but writing is not. I guess it's the movement, maybe the clicking keys. Lately, they won't even enter the room, so perhaps it's the key-clicking.

Or the Iron Maiden I keep playing. Hmm, yep that might be why they leave the room. Heavy metal is an acquired taste, I guess.

She weighs about seven or eight pounds. She was the little three-pound kitty dropped off in my yard a couple Januaries ago by some fool. When I got her spayed I had to take her via the bus, and she would not leave my lap for days after that. I felt like the world's worst mom. Usually, she's all acrobat antics and squeaky voice.
