lagilman: coffee or die (bye-bye)
Au revoir, Montreal. Been lovely, but looking forward to being home -- and getting back to work. Apparently being away from long-haul writing for four days makes me twitchy.

But it was a very good WorldCon, filled with old friends and new friends and good panels and excellent meals. Can't ask for more...*

(*okay, everyone I voted for could have won a Hugo. And I could have seen the people I missed, and spent more time with the people I did see. But that's the usual grumble of every year)

As I deal with the usual post-convention resettling of Life, if we met face-to-face in Montreal for the first time (or even the second) please sing out with the details, so my tired brain can fix LJ-handle with Actual Person....

Meanwhile, I was right: the muscle strain/headaches were oncoming Crud. I would like to apologize to the folk I didn't see on Sunday night (I opted for wisdom and crashed early), and thank Canada for giving me the drugs to get me through. :-)
