your weekly House call....

1. XF shout-outs all over the place! You know it makes me happy. Even more so the way they pulled that case out. I have no damned idea if it's even theoretically possible, but it sounded pretty damn good to this non-biologist (and hey, if it's skiffy, can we nominate this ep for a Hugo?).

2. They brought the "for his own good" subplot to a solid thunking end the instant before it started to get overdrawn. And did it in such a way that all the participants will be dealing with fallout.

3. The ending totally grabbed the heartstrings and.... ow. Just...ow.


*gives cookies to everyone on staff*

Looks like they're going to try and up the stakes on the series next week. *anticipates*
