Although it talks about teenagers specifically, there was a lot of resonance for this non-teenager as well. Go on, read it...

Oh, and it's still flocking freezing. We're supposed to warm up to reasonable double digits by tomorrow. And there will be snow. I'm willing to wait. Although, damn it, there had better not be snow on Thursday interfering with my flight! Argh, another thing to watch...

metoo the (very cold) lemming...

Just back from brunch with the folks at the Atlantic Grill, which was crowded, hectic, and wonderful. Scrambled eggs with salmon and cream cheese, which could be godawful if not done exactly right and was, to nobody's surprise, exactly right. And browned potatoes with just the right amount of onions and red peppers. Dessert (shared) was an apple crepe thingy with a small scoop of cinnamon ice cream and a caramel reduction sauce. Yummmmmm.

I've heard a lot of people complain about the service at AG. *shrug* The waitstaff was overworked but very pleasant, we got our meals on time, and the prices weren't too bad for a Sunday brunch.

And it was actually in the low 20's, so we weren't too be-frozen walking over there.

It was good to see my folks before they head off to Malta and surrounding islands for two weeks. And now, on to the workage!
