Dec. 16th, 2004 04:02 pmAnd lo, Boomerang is home, complaining mightily and walking like a drunken sailor. He has also put on a pound is less than a month, so there's no more of this "I'm so hungry and pitiful, feed me!" happening any more... Growing boy, my @$$. He's a moose.
Pandora, having been an only child again for a day, seems indifferent to his return. At least she didn't give me a "mom, why'd you have to bring him home?" look. Yet.

Date: 2004-12-16 11:01 pm (UTC)So far, Pandy's being nice to Boomer. Mainly because his idea of Things to Do Tonight is to sprawl on the bed and give me much pur-lovin' rather than harassing her. How he knows I'm having Computer Issues, I don't know, but when da moose puts his paws around your neck and purrs and cheek-butts you, there's nothing to do but feel better about the world.
I still love my Pandora, she's my princess ever and always, but Fate gave me Boomer for a reason. I really do believe that.

Date: 2004-12-16 11:13 pm (UTC)That's for darn sure! Indy's sister weighs 3 1/2 pounds and got fixed yesterday because she went into heat. Indy's probably twice the size, but, thankfully, isn't maturing as fast. The last thing I need is a spraying cat!
Awwwwww. Boomer sounds so sweet!
