I eat far less red meat than I used to, but occasionally the body demands it (more than occasionally in my case, but I make no apologies for being an omnivore with high protein demands). And when it comes right down to it, no sauce or seasoning in the world can match the taste of a simple, rare-cooked piece of grass-fed beef.
