You might want to assure Danny's European fans that the postage is not unreasonable. For some reason it was calculated (for me) as if Plus One would ship from San Francisco at $18, when in fact it ships (in England) from Milton Keynes. I expect the postage charge will be about $5. So I get the book for less than I was prepared to pay, which is a win.
