Not the most flattering photo ever, but hey, I was on vacation. (and yes, that is The Hat. Acquired in 1991, it has been with me through blizzards, Nor'Easters, blazing hot deserts, sudden rainstorms.... I <3 The Hat)
It was hot, and still, and I swear, you could practically HEAR the cheers and thundering hooves, even now. Quite amazing, and walking the course, I could feel how it had been designed to puuuuuull you around the corners.....
