And lo, my reader's table from Levenger's (aka "the new laptop desk") has arrived. And been assembled. Mostly without incident.

And the verdict is: I can now work on laptop, keep drink/reference materials close at hand without worry, and still allow Pandora to crawl into my lap
if she so desires.

Is good. Am happy. Can recommend.

This weather sucks. I want autumn back!

[livejournal.com profile] karentaylor, I got the package. Lovely, thank you! Y''know, I think I'm going to become your business agent. I know way too many people who need similar boxes...

Pandora reacts to the smell of Selsun Blue like it was catnip. It's strange but really funny. If it's not your head she's mauling.

And, in other news.... CSI: Vegas. Winner and still champeen. Dude.

And yes, Grissom's still yum.

Can you point us to a picture of the Levenger's item on-line? I'd love to see it for myself...

Nice. I'm looking at this for the living room here, but not for a bit yet.

Puck (in picture) reacts that way after I wash my hair with Pantene. Nuzzle and maul time. [g]

CSI: Vegas. Winner and still champeen. Dude.

It was excellent--the first episode I've watched in I don't know how long--but I felt there were too many mysteries going on for one episode. Are the episodes usually that crowded?

My absolute favorite moment of CSI was Warrick paying Nicky at the end. Priceless!

I blame the new DNA girl for that

I wanted her to stick around! I thought she added an interesting dynamic to the what was going on around her by being so easily annoyed.

[livejournal.com profile] kradical and I were both howling laughing at that bit. That was one of the funniest bits I've seen in that show for a while. 8)

That's what I love about CSI. It has little moments like that which develop character without turning the show into The Lives and Loves of the CSI Team.

Now, see, I figure if anyone's going to get the bugman horizontal, it should be Catherine. I haven't seen a bit of chemistry between Sara and Gil, scripts notwithstanding.

Glad the package arrived so quickly. I assume contents were in good shape...that's the first time I've only used the inner carton for shipping.
