Help yourself...and help someone else.
Mar. 14th, 2011 10:40 amThis is for folk who are even passingly interested in my linked-story collection DRAGON VIRUS. The rest of you can continue on without guilt.
As some of you already know, DRAGON VIRUS is available for pre-order. What you may not know is that if you pre-order DRAGON VIRUS now, you'll save $3 off the cover price.
Or you can wait, risk that the limited run will be sold out, and pay $3 more in June.
However, if you order now, you not only save $3 - but for every copy that is pre-ordered in March, I will add $1 to my planned donation to Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières to support their much-needed medical aid to the victims of Friday's quake/tsunami (and inevitable radiation leaks) in Japan.
If we can sell out the entire planned print run, that's $250 straight to people in need.
[you get a break, my publisher is happy, and people get helped. I call that a win all around)

Date: 2011-03-15 02:40 pm (UTC)They are not.
Nor, despite appearances, are they properly bovine, being extraterrestrial in nature and having the ability to perform nuclear fission and fusion as part of their internal processes.
This is somewhat like the red panda which is not actually any kind of panda at all (nor capable of fission or fusion for all that). Appearances are deceiving.
