How I spent my Saturday...

lagilmanSo, some guy on tv said "let's go hang out on the Mall and be excellent to each other."
And we did!
and, my favorite, the one that really sums it all up:

And before anyone asks how many people were there: damned if I know. Lots. More than lots. Less than were at the Inauguration but enough to fill the Mall and overflow into the streets and no damn room to move...so we all just sat down and picnicked and rallied in a very agreeable, collaborative way.
And now we are home and there is apple wine mulling and The Librarian on the tv. And life is good.
