The only bad thing about the clips is that they're just a couple of two minute clips. Seriously.

How long was the interview?

The written interview, occurring over wine and these OMG amazing home-made potato chips with bleu cheese that should be illegal, took about an hour. The video portion (taken, I should add, with one of those flipcam thingies) was about ten minutes. In a walk-in humidor, no lie.

The video quality was great with that flipcam. I now see why those are so great. Was the background noise from the temperature unit in the humidor? For some reason I thought the room was a wine cellar, but it just didn't feel quite right.

(Now you've got me wondering about the potato chips. Okay, maybe not the chips themselves, but wondering what would happen if you made latkes and wrapped the grated potato mixture around a chunk of bleu cheese, much like forming a burger by wrapping it around something like bleu cheese or tarragon butter.)
