Italy was a problem, although the last time I was there I could manage a morning latte and sort of fake it through the day. Alas, now I can't do coffee at all, so I don't know what I would do. They simply don't know from tea in Italy, except for camomile tisanes and that sort of thing. Not. Tea.

Date: 2004-07-21 10:29 am (UTC)Was reading an article recently about a cold-brewing method for making coffee that almost made coffee sound tempting for me -- apparently, it makes a much smoother, less acidic brew, which is much easier on the stomach. I may have to check that out sometime.
