Their "general distrust of all things invisible" is coming hard up against the fact that it's 2010 and these things are not exactly breaking news or newfangled any more.... so I'm not sure how the 'learning curve' comes into play.
They're almost twenty years behind the times, as I used to purchase items from Lands End off of GEnie back in 1991-92.
It's one thing to not adopt the latest gadget, but another to not provide an option that's been in use for almost a generation.
