*headdesk* at the abject loosah-ness of humanity

Once again, the political roundup depresses the hell out of me. Too many elected Democrats are proving that their logo is an ass, not a donkey ("wiretaps without a warrant, SURE!") and now this:

A banner slogan on the Pemberton Republican Club's Web site that said, "Obama loves America like O.J. loved Nicole," disappeared yesterday after local Democrats alleged racist campaign tactics.

The Web master, Ed Kuck, a recently elected Republican County committeeman, said he had seen the slogan on an Internet site and copied it onto the club's Web page about a month ago as "a joke."

I can't even ask WTF because it's obvious WTF -- bigotry, stupidity, and the abuser's claim of "if I say it's a joke you can't take offense."

F*ckthatshit. You, Massah Kuck, are an offensive f*ck and need to be removed a) from politics and b) from the breeding pool.

You know what would make me feel better? The sight of of tens of thousands of people descending upon the White House and, with perfect non-violent force, walking through to the private living quarters, taking all of George's personal belongings, and tossing them onto the Lawn in the most public breakup EVAH.

Then we could turn our attention to elected officials who don't have the cojones to actually be representative of the people who elected them...

Oh yeah. They think we quit with phase one, where we elected more Democrats.

Now comes phase two. More better Democrats.

Please may I join the breakup party? Please?

The only political statement of my farrier's that I have ever agreed with: "What this country needs is a good ol' fashioned revolution."

Ah. My farrier's been moonlighting up your way.

Is your guy an ex-Navy S.E.A.L., too? My guy can be scary. In a good way, if he's on your side. If not...

I seem to have missed the repeal of the Fourth Amendment.

I would give the last of my nearly non-existent funds to see that. We put him there, we can take his sorry ass back out.

I'm in favor of the "You're so fired," Paper Box o' Shame, but your way works too.

I agree with you; that banner was highly offensive. I've seen Democrats making "fun" of the fact that McCain can't raise his arms above his shoulders (and I understand even that hurts) and comments about his performance with his wife mocked in various ways. I've seen my own party, the Libertarians, come out with some *horrendous* offensive comments about both teams. The latter disturbed me enough so that I'm now staff on our AZ "paper".

Dammnit, they're dragging me back into it.....
