asking for trouble...

Totally stole this one from [livejournal.com profile] butterflykiki. Interesting to see if I get any bites, and from whom...

If my life had a fandom:
a. Who would the 'shippers pair me with?
b. Who would the slashers pair me with?
c. What would a Mary Sue in my fandom be like OR who is mostly likely to be turned into Canon Sue?
d. When did I / will I jump the shark?
e. Write a one sentence summary of the story that would win the Best Fanfic Award in my fandom.
Answer with a comment. Be as silly or as serious as you want.

a. NOT a warthog. Thank Ghu.
b. How would I know? ("not a slash fan, I keep tellin' ya...")
c. The Mary Sue of your fandom is J. K. Rowling crossed with Maxwell Perkins. With a soupcon of Michael Korda.
c. When you manage to write, buy from yourself, self-edit, and outsell Rowling and Dan Brown, combined.
d. "When Robin Leach arranged the interview with the reclusive superauthor The Meerkat, he had no idea he was about to walk into the nerve center of the most lethal collection of counterterrorist activists ever to organize under the direction of a private mastermind--and they were about to put their most terrifying raid into action."

Oh, lawd, that's awful....

Too rushed to play the full game, but cannot resist:

What would a Mary Sue in my fandom be like

She'll be a new author whose first book out of the gate is more popular than JK Rowling and Stephen King combined, will have five major publishing houses getting into a bidding war over the follow-up series based on her own life, and turn out to be a bestseller in any genre she tries her typewriter at (which will be all of them.) She'll type 1000 words a minute, never make a typo, never need to be edited, and will always be "brushing her long, beautiful hair back over her shoulders as she sits down to her keyboard."

Oh, and she's 14.

And the role of Peter will be played by the teenybopper studmuffin du jour. Probably Hugh Jackman.
