Pandora likes to burrow. She especially likes to burrow in the drawer where all my exercise gear is stowed (fleece, donchaknow). So I'm sitting here working, and I hear a scrabbling noise as she's trying to get into the drawer. But it's closed.
"It's a real pity you can't open and close drawers, isn't it" I say to her...
Just as she gets her paws into the barest space between drawer and dresser, and manages (while standing on her back legs) to pry the drawer open enough for her to slip in.
Next up: the can opener!
(and in the meanwhile, there's a pair of eyes gleaming from under the folds of my sweatshirt, and a happy rumbling purr rising from within...)
