Heh. yeah. Well. About that...
Ended up watching Stigmata which I'd never seen before (only bits and pieces of it). I know it got savaged in the reviews, but I ... not sure 'liked it' is the right term. It made my brain hurt in good ways.
And so I didn't get to sleep until 1:45. And then was awake at 6:30 because I had to finish making the truffles for the party today. I'm getting better at making them, though -- this year they not only taste good but they're not hideously deformed. *grin* By next year I may be ready to take on more advanced fillings and/or candy coatings...

And I mostly liked Stigmata too, not just for Gabriel Byrne. :-) It was a surprisingly even-handed approach to the subject, neither too religious nor too cynical. I suspect the critics had expectations, which which those of us who catch it late night by accident, don't.
