Credit your cover artist. I found Staying Dead in an indie bookstore in Santa Cruz.

A bit of trivia - I bought that book over a year ago, but wasn't quite hooked enough to go above mass-market prices. I just got the second and third books, and am now hooked enough on the characters that I'm willing to pay the premium to catch up.
