I should not be allowed to post while being sardonic/dry. Lesson learned.

Meanwhile, am trying to convince myself that not getting the coffee going/getting to work until 7:30 is NOT a sign of character failure, that having a 3 minute commute does NOT mean I have to be productive within 45 minutes of waking up.

My brain is not buying this. Anyone want a brain, cheap?

Onward and upward. The goal is 1k on Project A, 1k on Project B, and 500 on Project K. Plus laundry, freelance editing, and meeting someone for coffee/catchup at 3, and then a biz social at 6:30.... Yeah. I can do that. Right?

The zombie down the hall (aka the elder remora, a college student) says "Braaaaaaaaaaaains." I think he's saying he'll take your brain... but he hasn't had his coffee yet, either.

And that image of zombies not having the dexterity to pour and drink, let alone prepare, coffee? Entirely accurate.
