the to-do list of the damned (Tuesday iteration)

After taking Sunday afternoon/Monday morning off, I didn't manage to get quite enough done the rest of the day, so am paying for it today. The advantage of freelancing is that you can take off whenever you want, not just on "weekends" or "holidays." The disadvantage of freelancing is that you rarely ever DO take off a full day, and you're always aware that things are piling up..... and you don't get paid until things are done.

So, today:

- plow through the next section of revisions on THE SHATTERED VINE (basically, going over the mss with one last comb, integrating mine editor's notes with my own and making notes on how to fix what was broken. The actual fixing is the next pass. [EtA: mine editor, btw, is tweeting from Disneyworld. Mmmmujsut saying]

- go over the pdf of DRAGON VIRUS and try to catch everything that is still broken. (This? Kinda rocks. Not much broken at all)

- finish reworking "Sand in Blood" and send off to the Very Patient Editor.

- finalize travel plans for RT Booklovers

- set up a quarterly e-mail announcement list (details tk)

- close the (financial) books on 2010 & send off paperwork

- invoice completed freelance work

- pay bills

- get to post awful

- work a little (please oh please) on PSI #4, which is still waiting (im)patiently

- maybe (if brain remains) noodle a bit more on Teh Ebil Proposal

- order groceries so I don't actually run out of food.

Um. Yeah. Please to slide pizza and chocolate under the door?

Well, pizza is thin enough to slide under the door, but I don't think chocolates are.
